Scatterday!

This week's Scatterday is brought to you by the letter S (shiny stars) and the categories Medical, Beverage and Christmas.

My subject this week is my stalwart Son, whose name means Spear, sejant, on a sultry Summer Solstice day, sipping a sipper of salubrious straight scotch, wearing a Santa hat pulled down over his sinciput, showing off his six month old sarcous shoulder surgery scar (with surgical steel staples underneath) whilst speculating on his systolic pressure, as seen on the sphygmometer.
After surgery, there was no sepsis, so no saline soak was required, only a small slathering of salve.

Skoal!

Merry Christmas to all!

  7. Great alliteration. Will be interesting to see your "Y" - maybe I won't feel so remedial? Did the scotch help or hinder your lad's blood pressure? LOL
